What started with one guy—born and raised around the bagel shops of New York—quickly became a local favorite built on tradition, passion, and the pursuit of the perfect bagel. Armed with original recipes, time-honored techniques, and genuine New York equipment, Joey set out to recreate the real deal—right here in Western North Carolina.
