Since opening our doors in Hendersonville, North Carolina, in 2011, Joey’s Bagels has been dedicated to bringing authentic New York–style bagels to the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. What started with one guy—born and raised around the bagel shops of New York—quickly became a local favorite built on tradition, passion, and the pursuit of the perfect bagel. Armed with original recipes, time-honored techniques, and genuine New York equipment, Joey set out to recreate the real deal—right here in Western North Carolina.

Now serving four locations across the region, Joey’s Bagels has grown, but our promise hasn’t changed. Every bagel is made from scratch daily, boiled and baked to perfection, then served fresh and fast to our loyal customers who know great bagels when they taste them.
